Looking ahead

I've been involved with the Washington, DC Jobs To Be Done Meetup group since the moment I heard about it. I attended the first few events, and soon was invited to present to the group based on my experience implementing the framework on a few recent projects.

Leading into this meetup, we had specific questions about how to go about the JTBD research. I was excited to share the best practices I've developed over time. I focused a lot on the logistics, which can often be a draining aspect of the process, and can be applied across a variety of fields.

While there were slides (see below), the presentation turned into a great conversation. I'm excited to continue sharing my expertise with this group of curious research experts!
